The Nakamoto Games Diligence contest will be scored on a variety of criteria, ranging from financial analysis, team analysis, and product analysis. The successful Diligence report will include information on all the criteria listed below, while backing up any assumptions made in the report. Our goal is to find a superior diligence reporter and allow them more opportunities to hone their skills and allow to help them build a career in due diligence.


User Adoption
-          How big are the social channels?
-          What is the growth rate over time?
-          What is the community engagement and how does it compare to competition?

Team Competence Analysis
-          Review the background of the Nakamoto Games team and their right to win in the gaming/web3 industry


Competitive analysis
-          Where does Nakamoto Games fit on a competitive landscape with other Play-to-Earn and Metaverse projects?
-          What would a competitive matrix look like compared to their closest competition

Market size verification and trends
-          TAM (Total Addressable Market)
-          SAM (Serviceable Addressable Market)
-          SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market)
-          What trends do you see in gaming that might effect growth of the industry?

Roadmap review
-          Did the project over or underperform vs. their stated roadmap?
-          What were some of the accomplishments of the project since launch?

Valuation Estimation
-          What should be the current valuation of Nakamoto Games?
-          Is the company undervalued or overvalued?

Investment Thesis
-          What is the conclusion of your due diligence?
-          Is the NAKA token a good buy at current prices?
-          Was the NAKA token a good purchase during seed or private rounds?
